Calem O’Grady is a British Chef who cooks at the great restaurants of Europe. And they’re stuck in the Outback together during the Great Lockdown of 2020. They live off the grid, in an old stone hut on 46 thousand acres of Outback Australia. They have to forage for food, hunt goats for dinner and it’s all served up Cordon Bleu by top chef Calem.
