Cook Like an Italian

Since leaving Italy 12 years ago and starting a family in Australia, food writer and passionate home cook, Silvia Colloca feels most Italian when she is in her kitchen. Growing up in Milan she learned from her mother and grandmothers that cooking Italian food the way it’s meant to be cooked is an expression of the love and joy she shares with her family every single day. And now she wants to share the secrets of cooking like a real Italian with everyone.
